## About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, high-impact Director, Product Quality to lead our Field Quality and Failure Analysis engineering teams. In this role, you will hold ultimate accountability for overall field quality, reliability performance, and fleet health across all deployed commercial products.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- Leadership: 5+ years of direct people management experience leading technical engineering teams (FA, Quality, or Sustaining Engineering)
- Hands-on Expertise: Deep, practical experience executing physical failure analysis on electromechanical systems (actuators, harnesses, sensors, PCBAs, battery management systems, and precision mechanical linkages)
- Methodologies: Certified or expert practitioner in structured root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA, Gauge R&R)
