We're looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across our Legal, Finance and GTM organizations. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while managing full-cycle hiring for positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience
- Experience recruiting for legal, finance and GTM roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
