## About the role

As our commercial organization scales, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to architect and lead the foundational build-out of our commercial infrastructure. This is a “ground floor” opportunity to build and establish the commercial operating model, including the strategic processes, systems, and operating mechanisms required for a rapidly growing organization.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience in Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations, preferably in a high-growth hardware or robotics environment
- Deep expertise in CRM architecture and administration (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvement across complex operational supply chains
- Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management
