The Senior Manager, Legal Operations will provide strategic leadership for the company’s legal operations function, focusing on optimizing processes and driving organizational efficiency. This role oversees those providing legal assistance to lawyers and attorneys in executing legal transactions, and securing, preparing, drafting, and processing legal documents at a more senior level.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of legal operations or paralegal experience, with significant time in leadership capacity
- Proven experience in a management role overseeing legal operations teams and complex workflows
- Experience supporting corporate governance and securities compliance preferred
- Experience at a public company or late-stage pre-IPO company strongly preferred
- Prior law firm or in-house legal department experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance processes and entity management
