## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer with deep expertise in electronics, embedded systems, and production test strategy. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of robust, scalable test infrastructure to ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of our robotic systems. You will mentor junior engineers, drive best practices across the test organization, and act as a technical liaison between cross-functional teams including Design, Systems, Firmware, and Manufacturing.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or related roles, with ownership of complex electro-mechanical or embedded system test solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end test system development in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics manufacturing environments
- Strong proficiency in test software development (Python preferred), including automation, instrumentation control, and data analysis
- Deep understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, EtherCAT)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts, experience with ECAD tools (Altium preferred)
