## About the role

At Agility Robotics, we are building a future where robots work alongside people to make life better. To achieve that, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, ambiguous programs at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supply chain — taking them from an early stage to a running operation. You will partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and our external manufacturing and supplier partners to build the programs and processes that let us scale production.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: 6+ years in technical program management, manufacturing program management, or supply chain program management for complex electromechanical hardware, including programs defined under significant ambiguity
- Operational Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to architect workflows, track cross-team dependencies, and manage program roadmaps
