In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while managing full-cycle hiring for technical positions. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within software and/or hardware engineering
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
