## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for some of our most critical engineering hiring initiatives across software, hardware, robotics, and AI. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to develop sourcing strategies, identify exceptional passive talent, and build high-quality candidate pipelines that support Agility's continued growth. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience with ideally 2+ years of in-house experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
- Experience sourcing technical talent across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering disciplines
- Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
- Proven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
