## About the role

We are seeking a Staff Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional execution and alignment for our next-generation hardware platforms. This role manages the complete hardware product development lifecycle from early concept and product definition to detailed design, build execution (EVT/DVT/PVT), validation, commercialization, and General Availability (GA). - Experience: 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex hardware products through full lifecycle development (Concept to Volume Production / GA)
- Domain Expertise: Strong deep-dive familiarity with Systems Engineering, Architecture development, HW, SW and test. Demonstrated track record working with product requirements and managing early development
- Cross-Functional Reach: Proven success collaborating across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing ops, and GTM teams
- Vendor & Supply Chain: Managed end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, partnering with JDMs, OEMs, CMs, and component vendors on complex systems, subsystems and long-lead hardware procurement
- Execution Leadership: Strong ability to bring structure to greenfield/ambiguous environments, resolve priority conflicts, and influence cross-functional decisions without explicit authority
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical risks to executive stakeholders
