## About the role

Agility Robotics is scaling its operations — and the programs that enable that scale need to be led with rigor, depth, and autonomy. As Technical Program Manager, Operations, you will own bridging the programmatic gap across the Operations department (Supply Chain, Manufacturing engineering, Production, Quality) to support deployment of Digits next generation robot.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or a comparably cross-functional operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to run effective meetings and drive action items to closure across teams you do not manage
- Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills
- Clear, concise written communication — status reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready summaries
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving production ramp environment
