## About the role

At Agora, our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today's siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the Agora stack, a full service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless, whether you're a developer, fintech, or institution. With AUSD, stablecoins become programmable, composable, and ubiquitous by default.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden
- Strong product instincts and an eye for good design, you can work from a Figma file but you'll also push back when something doesn't feel right
- Comfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development
- MVP mindset: you know how to scope a milestone, ship it, learn from it, and iterate fast
