We are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Product Specialist to own the full customer journey for AgZen's product portfolio from pre-sale technical support through installation, in-season optimization, and dealer development. This role sits at the intersection of sales, agronomy, and field engineering, working closely with dealers and growers throughout the season to ensure product performance and uptime. ## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in a customer-facing agronomy, precision ag, ag equipment, or ag-tech role
- Hands-on experience with sprayer equipment and setup across major OEM platforms (John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, AGCO)
- Working knowledge of precision ag terminology and crop protection industry dynamics
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot both hardware and software/data systems
- Comfortable training and presenting to audiences from a single grower to a room of dealer staff
