## About the role

We're hiring a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to join our legal team and partner with our U.S. sales team. Aidoc sells software solutions and services to hospitals and other healthcare organizations worldwide. This is a high-visibility role for a lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment, is comfortable owning deals end-to-end, and can balance commercial pragmatism with disciplined risk management.

## What they're looking for

- Law degree and active U.S. bar membership
- 6+ years in commercial/tech transactions, including significant in-house experience
- Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS/technology agreements with sophisticated enterprise customers, experience selling into healthcare, hospitals is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of privacy and security frameworks relevant to healthcare and enterprise SaaS (HIPAA, state privacy laws, US Healthcare regulations, etc.)
- Solid grasp of commercial IP concepts such as licensing, data usage, deliverable ownership, IP indemnities
- Proven ability to run a high volume of concurrent negotiations under deadline pressure with strong prioritization in a fast-moving environment
