- You know the platforms cold: campaign structure, audiences, bidding, conversion tracking, and the settings most people leave on default
- You can take a concept from a sentence to a live ad: the angle, the copy, the creative brief, the landing page ask, and the test design around it
- You think in pipeline, not impressions. Comfortable in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM, spreadsheets, and attribution data, and you know when the numbers are lying
- You set the approach. You've sized test budgets, called tests early when they were failing, and scaled winners without being told to
