## What they're looking for

- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with data-driven analytics and enterprise business intelligence platforms (e.g., Sigma, PowerBI, Looker, or Looker Studio)
- Advanced expertise deriving key business insights and KPIs from large, complex, and loosely defined internal datasets
- Strong proficiency in building, optimization, and automation using flavors of SQL and common database management tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain highly technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
