## About the role

Within the payment organization, the platform team comprises individuals that manage our products and experiences related to checkout, payment methods, risk, compliance, and hosts payouts. We are seeking a strong Senior Platform leader to manage all aspects of our guest payment capabilities and experiences.

- Operational Excellence: Define and monitor key product metrics, ensuring product quality and continuous improvement to meet operational and business goals
- 12+ years of product management experience in inbound (pay-ins) and outbound (pay-outs) money movement within a payments, finance, or heavily transactional company
- Proven product management experience with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs
