## About the role

As a Research Associate, you will work with various external databases, methods, and tools to identify ownership of parking properties and conduct end-to-end research about their current situation to add to our database. This isn't your typical data entry gig. It's a role that requires detective-like skills and out-of-the-box thinking. You will understand our buyer personas and make sure we have the most accurate data possible when it comes to getting in touch with these prospects.

## What they're looking for

- Proficiency in using property databases, online research tools, and contact databases is a plus. However, if you are a fast learner, willing to put in the work, and enjoy being an internet sleuth, we can teach you the systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Unwavering determination in pursuing information, exploring all available resources, and diligently scouring every avenue until the data is uncovered
- Flexible and open to new ideas, able to adjust strategies and approaches in response to evolving research needs
- Think outside the box, sometimes the information can be found in the most unusual ways, and there are multiple ways to find it. Explore unconventional methods and approaches in research
