- Deep, hands-on experience delivering enterprise SEO and AEO work, with an ability to translate analysis into clear priorities and roadmap decisions
- You can do the work, not just talk about it, and you have opinions that hold up with enterprise marketing, content, and design teams
- Experience owning client-facing deliverables end-to-end, with a track record of shipping real outputs on a timeline
- Strong facilitation and communication skills: running calls, driving alignment, and turning ambiguity into clear next steps
- Comfort operating at senior level. You can go deep with practitioners and communicate clearly with leadership when needed
