## About the role

Your job is to get the right people to our website and keep them engaged once they've raised their hand. That's the whole charter: top of funnel, and lifecycle. Today almost none of that machinery exists. There's no attribution set up, no landing page library, no lifecycle program, no paid motion running at any real scale. You'll have the opportunity to build it all. You'll be in the ad platforms, in the CMS, in the tag manager, writing the email sequences and reading the numbers the next morning.

## What they're looking for

- We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory
- 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand gen, or a similar hands-on role. We care far more about what you've personally shipped than where you did it
- You've run paid campaigns yourself — built them, funded them, optimized them — not just sat in the readout
- You're genuinely analytical. You can pull a number, know whether to trust it, and say plainly what it means
- You move fast and you'd rather launch something scrappy today than something perfect next month. This is a team where the bottleneck should never be you
- Experience marketing to founders or early-stage startups
