## About the role

As the Manager for Growth Strategy & Operations, you'll build and run the experimentation engine behind Airwallex's global growth: what we test, how we test it, and how we know when we're right. You'll design and manage the end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns.

- We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, comfort working with data and metrics
- Experience designing or coordinating experiments, familiarity with A/B testing methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize and present insights clearly
