## About the role

As a Revenue Systems Manager you will drive and coordinate the technology backbone of our GTM engine, working within a collaborative team focused on building a scalable revenue engine across regions. Your work will span revenue systems design, process optimization, and embedding automation across our revenue tech stack. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into scalable systems, and help shape how Airwallex's commercial organization operates at scale.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Design & Administration, or IT Transformations
- Strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude — resilient under pressure, comfortable navigating a global organization, and able to identify and prioritize opportunities with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solver
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Permission Sets, Object Schema)
