## About the role

As Senior Counsel, Product Legal (Yield), you will be the lead counsel for Airwallex’s Yield product. You will help scale the product in existing and new markets by providing legal, regulatory and strategic advice across the full product lifecycle, including product design, licensing, regulatory engagement, partner arrangements, customer terms, disclosures, launch execution and product integration. ## What they're looking for

- JD (or equivalent law degree) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience, at least some of which was gained at a top-tier law firm
- Experience advising on investment products, discretionary or non-discretionary management, broker-dealer arrangements, custodial relationships, investment-management structures or related customer disclosures and documentation
- Strong regulatory advisory and/or product counseling experience with a reputable law firm, financial institution or fintech, including at least three years advising on wealth-management products
- Proven experience as a solution-oriented lawyer who enjoys working strategically with non-lawyers to support commercial outcomes
