## About the role

You'll own the strategy and execution of growth innovation campaigns and initiatives that drive product adoption, increase gross profit per customer, and activate existing Airwallex customers. Growth Innovation sits at the intersection of product, regional teams, marketing, and data.

## What they're looking for

- We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory
- 6+ years of experience in growth, with demonstrated expertise in running growth campaigns, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-step campaign sequences: hypothesis development, test design, measurement, iteration, and scale
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building your own models and dashboards, interpreting data, and making recommendations based on evidence
- Experience working on rewards, incentives, or loyalty programs, or clear aptitude for this type of work
- Ability to balance creativity with rigor: generate new ideas while grounding them in data and testing discipline
