## About the role

As the Senior Product Manager, AI Risk & Merchant Onboarding, you will shape the first and most important interactions that businesses have with Airwallex. You will own the strategy for creating a fast, intelligent and trusted onboarding experience—one that helps legitimate merchants get started quickly while identifying and responding to fraud and other risks proactively.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of taking products from ideation through delivery and continuous optimisation
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery and execution for customer-facing or platform products
- Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, user journeys and outcome-based product development
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance or Operations teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, data or risk concepts into simple product experiences and clear decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
