## About the role

You'll be the first Total Rewards team member based in the Americas, with end-to-end ownership of our Compensation, Benefits and Equity programs across the region, covering the US and Canada, Brazil and Mexico. You’ll lead the regional execution and ongoing management of our rewards programs, while partnering with the global Total Rewards team on the design and evolution of programs globally. Airwallex is actively rebuilding and scaling its rewards programs.

## What they're looking for

- We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, including experience supporting populations based in the Americas and globally
- Experience building or managing a complete rewards program (compensation, benefits, equity, etc)
- Experience managing benefits process end to end, including negotiating with brokers and insurance carriers to evaluate and renew plans
- Strong compensation data analytics capability: own the regular annual market review cycle and influence on company pay strategy/decisions
- Proven ability to build your own models and projections
