## About the role

You'll spend your day in the space between the customer, the account team, Support, and Product. Keep evaluations moving. Partner with your Account Executives and Deployment Strategists to hold momentum through the sales cycle. Track every open technical question, blocker, and requirement across active opportunities: feature questions, enablement needs, environment issues, security and architecture follow-ups, and drive each one to a clear answer before it stalls the deal.

## What they're looking for

- Follow-through you can point to. A history of owning a messy, multi-party problem and staying on it until it was resolved — in any setting: work, internship, research, volunteering, a side project
- Clear writing and sharp presentation skills. You can go deep on technical detail with a technical audience, then explain the same thing in business terms to a business audience, in writing or live, without losing either room
- Comfort in front of people. You can explain something technical to a business audience without hiding behind jargon
- Organization at volume. Nothing falls off your list when there are thirty things on it
- Knowledge about data and AI space. Some exposure to AI, databases, analytics, data integration, or cloud platforms, coursework, certifications, internships, and self-teaching all count
- Technical Knowledge. 1–3 years in a technical, customer-facing role (support, consulting, analytics, IT, solutions)
