## What they're looking for

- Identify and prioritize high-impact agentic AI opportunities across enterprise customer workflows, translating discovery into structured agent skill requirements, success metrics, and roadmap decisions
- Own the full lifecycle of agent skills — from problem discovery and prototype validation through operational adoption and transition into generally available, monetizable capabilities
- Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agent skills directly — applying Albert’s agentic platform capabilities, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and tool integrations to real customer problems
- Embed with strategic customers to map end-to-end workflows, uncover automation opportunities, and facilitate co-design workshops that translate business needs into agent behaviors and system logic
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Scientists, Engagement Managers, and Delivery teams to ground agent skill development in real deployment experience and customer context
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on their AI transformation roadmap, helping them envision and realize the operational impact of agentic AI within their R&D workflows
