## What they're looking for

- Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration, working backwards from customer needs to form clear product conviction and shippable execution plans
- Drive rapid concept prototyping and validation — building and showing demos early and often, internally and externally, to test hypotheses and establish product-market fit with design partners and lighthouse customers
- Spend significant time with scientists, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand how they actually work — conducting hands-on user research and translating those insights into prioritized product decisions
- Partner deeply with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ship high-quality, intuitive, and reliable workflows, sweating the details of interaction models, UI behavior, performance, and adoption paths
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to ensure product strategy reflects enterprise realities and addresses real customer pain points — not internal assumptions
- Navigate ambiguity and create structure where the right answer is not obvious — forming hypotheses, testing them quickly, and updating the approach when data demands it
