## About the role

The Manager, Network Contracting on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team will support and execute Aledade’s network contracts with national and regional health plans. The role is focused on negotiating and managing a portfolio of network participation agreements. In collaboration with senior leadership, the manager will interface directly with payers to negotiate new agreements and manage renewals.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ yrs experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers
- Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics
- Strong analytics and risk assessment skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish, sustain, and improve payer relationships
