## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, including owning a product or major product area end to end — discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one: defining the problem, shaping the concept, and shipping the first versions into customers’ hands
- Prior experience working on agentic and/or AI-native products — workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms, agentic tooling, or similar
- A working understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are designed into products, including where they add leverage and where they need guardrails
- A systems mindset — you naturally think in terms of workflows, dependencies, triggers, and how the pieces of a process fit together
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete or conflicting information
