## About the role

Every Alex account is run by a pair. A Forward-Deployed Engineer owns the technical deployment — the ATS integration, the workflows, the support queue. You own the relationship and the revenue. You're joining the AM team early, and your input will shape the function. This role is based in office in San Francisco. You'll carry a book of accounts: retaining and growing revenue, deepening the relationship, and finding the strategic expansion paths.
