## About the role

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Contract Manager/Paralegal will have three primary areas of responsibility. This hybrid role balances operational procurement and contracting, commercial sales acceleration, and corporate governance. You will work closely with all company departments to confirm third-party tools are properly procured and securely provisioned in accordance with acceptable contract terms.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 4 to 8+ years of contract management and paralegal experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a SaaS or technology company
- Balanced and Flexible Skill Set: Proven ability to multitask effectively among inbound procurement, outbound sales support, and administrative corporate governance, as well as other projects and tasks as they arise
- Tech Sector Fluency: Deep understanding of software subscription models, recurring revenue structures, data privacy regulations, artificial intelligence concepts and terms, and corporate entity maintenance
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Able to work closely and collaboratively with all company departments
