## What they're looking for

- 5–7+ years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, end-user technology, IT operations, or a related field
- Experience owning or playing a significant role in IT operations within a SaaS, technology, or similarly sized organization
- Demonstrated experience working in a primarily cloud-based/SaaS technology environment, with experience administering Google Workspace strongly preferred
- Experience with identity and access management platforms, OneLogin experience is a plus
- Strong hands-on technical capabilities across end-user systems, corporate applications, networking, access management, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, firewalls) as applied to a cloud-first, SaaS-based environment,
