## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3-5+ years in a hybrid Technical Solutions Consultant, Implementation Architect, Data Analyst, or Technical SE role within a fast-paced SaaS company
- Data Modeling & Advanced Excel: Deep experience modeling complex datasets in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data structuring, dynamic arrays) and translating flat data into relational platform models
- Architecture & Scalability Focus: Proven ability to look at front-end presentation requirements and reverse-engineer them into scalable data structures and platform configurations
- Hands-on Platform Administration: Demonstrated experience directly building, configuring, and maintaining SaaS platform back-ends and administrative suites
- Project & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage technical deployment timelines, establish scope boundaries, and guide customer stakeholders through structured onboarding lifecycles
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with relational database concepts, schema design, APIs, JSON/CSV data transformation, SSO/SAML, and cloud security frameworks
