## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technical exceptional, and strategically minded Product & Segment Marketing Engineer to own, define, and scale our power management and motor driver portfolio for data center thermal management — fans, pumps, and liquid-cooling systems — across our global Data Center and AI Infrastructure business.

## What they're looking for

- Portfolio Ownership: Drive the worldwide product strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term profitable growth for the Motors BU Data Center portfolio
- Product Definition: Lead product definition by translating complex customer requirements, AI hardware trends, and competitive landscapes into differentiated IC concepts and clear Market Requirements Documents (MRDs)
- Strategic Design Wins: Drive the pipeline from Sales Lead to Design-Win (DWIN) to grow net revenue while aggressively defending and maximizing gross margin profitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related technical field is required
- 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Product Marketing, Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Technical Business Development
- Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs, gate drivers, or motor control systems (BLDC/PMSM, sensor-less FOC), particularly as applied to fan and pump drives
