## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing support
- Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (Excel), basic math, and statistics
- Proven ability to conduct clear-to-build reviews and expedite materials through production
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other disruptive manufacturing industries
- Experience with AS9100 or US export controls is a plus
