## About the role

Allen Control Systems is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to support the inspection, testing, and quality analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in inspection test equipment, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably with machined or metal components in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with inspection tools and reading technical documents
- Proficiency in quality standards and workflow including NCR’s, MRB’s, RCA, and CAR’s
- Proficiency in CMM programming and operation, as well as reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and GD&T standards
- Basic knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
