## About the role

We are hiring a Director / Senior Director, RIA Relationship Management to help lead Allocate’s growth with wealth advisory firms, specifically focused on [West Coast, Midwest, East Coast] RIAs. This role focuses exclusively on RIAs and wealth advisory firms, partnering with their CIOs, investment teams, and core operating partners, to help them build programmatic private markets portfolios using Allocate’s platform.

## What they're looking for

- 7–10+ years of experience in relationship management, focused on RIAs and wealth advisory firms
- Exceptional relationship-building ability with senior decision makers
- Ability to explain complex investment strategies clearly
- Background specifically in alternatives, technology sales, or a combination of both (Preference for strong technology background and interest)
- Experience, knowledge and interest in sophisticated alternatives offerings, from venture growth, and private equity to co-investments and secondaries opportunities
- Track record of sourcing and closing complex deals
