## About the role

Atlas Fund Services, LLC is the fund administration business unit of Allocate. Our team runs the operations behind the private market funds and feeder vehicles that advisors and their clients access through the Allocate platform — fund accounting, capital calls and distributions, investor allocations, financial statements, and audit support.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in fund administration servicing private equity and/or venture capital funds, with proven operations and project management skills
- Deep working knowledge of private markets fund accounting — allocations, waterfalls, carried interest, management fees, and the applicable reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience with a fund accounting platform and confidence learning a new one
- Comfort reading and applying fund legal documents, including limited partnership agreements and side letters
- Experience working within a regulated and supervised industry
- Robust analytical skills across quantitative and qualitative metrics
