## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in engineering with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role
- A strong background in developer experience, API platform engineering, or developer tooling - you have shipped products that external developers integrate with and build on top of
- A track record of building and shipping high-quality systems at scale, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Technical fluency in modern backend stacks - strong with TypeScript/Node.js, comfortable reviewing code, debugging production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions
- Experience working with external partners or customers on integration work, you understand what makes a platform easy (or hard) to integrate with
- Experience leading sprint planning, goal-based project tracking, and cross-functional delivery
