## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software, with a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions
- Strong backend and API fluency, with the ability to read and write production code across services you don't own
- Sound architectural judgment under ambiguity: you can make and defend technical decisions in the room, with a customer watching
- A genuine pull toward customer-facing work - you find energy in solving a real customer's real problem, alongside their engineers
- A clear technical communicator who can explain a complex integration tradeoff to a bank's VP of Engineering and to an Alloy PM in the same afternoon
- Ability to travel on occasion to our NYC office, as well as client offices in the US
