## What they're looking for

- 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts, with a track record of building automation without code
- Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes
- Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical
- High attention to detail and a habit of documenting configuration changes so they stay maintainable
- Able to run multiple support requests and project work in parallel, and open to picking up admin work on other GTM tools as the stack requires
