## About the role

Our People function is moving toward operating like a GTM motion: networked, data-fluent, and quick to act. You will be the infrastructure that makes that possible, and the technical partner the CPO leans on to turn people problems into systems and data solutions.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in People Systems, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable technical operations role, ideally at a high-growth tech or fintech company
- Hands-on depth with modern HR tech stacks such as Rippling and Ashby, or comparable HRIS and ATS platforms, including configuration, API and integration work, and data architecture
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with reporting you have built yourself in Looker, Tableau, or a similar BI tool
- A track record of leading system migrations or consolidations, not just maintaining what already exists
- Sharp judgment on data privacy, access, and governance in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment
- The ability to translate technical systems work into business impact for non-technical stakeholders, including executives
