## About the role

This is an early-career people partner role with a real client group behind it. You will be the first call for GTM managers and their teams, and you will learn the strategic half of the job by doing it next to someone who already does it well.

## What they're looking for

- Two to four years in a People, HR, or People Operations role, including direct exposure to a client group rather than a purely administrative seat
- Comfort with data. You can pull your own numbers out of an HRIS and say what they mean without waiting for someone to build you a dashboard
- Clear, direct writing. You say what you mean, and managers know what to do after reading your message
- Sound judgment about escalation. You know when a conversation is yours to hold and when it needs your senior partner or legal in the room
- Discretion. You will see sensitive information earlier in your career than most people do, and you will handle it like someone with twice the experience
