## What they're looking for

- A track record of personally designing and building integrations and automations rather than directing others to build them
- Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io , Workato, or Zapier, plus working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript)
- Experience owning a GTM tech stack end to end at a scaling B2B SaaS company, including data warehousing concepts and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or dbt
- The range to act as a strategic partner to RevOps leadership and as the engineer who ships the solution
- Clear cross-functional communication. You can turn a business requirement into systems logic and explain the tradeoffs back to the business
