## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of sourcing or research-focused recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company or fintech
- Proven track record sourcing top talent (Data Science, Software Engineering, Security, Product, G&A, and GTM) with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement
- Real AI fluency: you've put agentic sourcing tools to work in live searches, and you know where AI extends your reach and where your judgment wins
- Expert-level command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced Boolean, InMail strategy, and pipeline tracking
- Hands-on experience with Gem and a clear understanding of how sourcing integrates with an ATS like Greenhouse or Ashby
- You track your numbers and iterate on them, and your outreach to technical audiences reads like it came from a person, not a sequence
