## About the role

This is our first dedicated finance and operations hire. You will own the financial engine and operational backbone of the company and build most of it from scratch, with the CEO and both co-founders as direct partners. You’ve worked in an excellent finance or operations team and you’re ready to build your own.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in finance and/or operations, ideally at a venture-backed healthcare or healthtech company
- You’ve worked in an excellent finance or operations team and you’re ready to build your own
- Hands-on FP&A and modeling, fluent in GAAP and month-end close. Familiar with healthtech unit economics and metrics
- Exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, payer contracting, or Medicaid and commercial reimbursement (strongly preferred)
- SQL knowledge or interest in learning to pull and analyze data directly
- Comfortable as the only finance person in the room, building rather than inheriting
