## About the role

As Allswell's Product Manager (Growth), you'll report directly to our CTO and own the product experiences that turn patient and provider demand into facilitated care.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with significant ownership of a growth or acquisition funnel and measurable revenue or customer impact
- Extremely analytical: you can move fluidly between a funnel, a cohort analysis, an experiment, and the underlying product system
- Strong product judgment: you know when to optimize an existing flow and when the system underneath it needs to change
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, from identifying the constraint to shipping the solution and measuring the result
- Excellent communicator who can work effectively across engineering, marketing, clinical, and operations teams
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
