The Lead Product Manager plays a key strategic role in shaping the mission-critical systems that serve as the backbone for Police, Fire, and EMS. This position provides leadership across multiple products or major initiatives within the public safety portfolio, combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution to drive meaningful impact. This role combines deep product expertise, driving strategic outcomes while mentoring and elevating others across the product organization.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or public safety software, defining strategy and driving execution across multiple product teams or domains
- Hands-on experience using AI to speed up your own work and to drive faster development and delivery outcomes, in addition to AI product knowledge
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional software initiatives with measurable business impact
- Leadership in modernization initiatives, including UI redesign or integration of emerging technologies
- Experience with business cases, pricing strategies and P&Ls
