## About the role

The Head of Financial Systems leads the strategy, architecture, and operations of our core financial technology stack. This role translates business requirements into scalable systems solutions while ensuring data integrity, controls, and compliance across the ecosystem — with particular focus on the revenue recognition workflow spanning Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems or ERP leadership, including 4+ years in a senior management capacity
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required, experience with Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, and/or FloQast strongly preferred
- Experience with usage-based billing and revenue recognition complexity (ASC 606) is a significant plus
- Proven track record leading system implementations or integrations across a multi-system finance stack, with strong cross-functional and people-leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, CPA, MBA, or relevant certifications a plus
